incentives:

Experience Incentive: After 12 months on the Project, base wage increases by $1.00 per straight time hour ($1.50 per overtime hour).
Skills Incentive: Foremen and General Foremen who have passed NCCER / NCCCO written and/or performance verification receive base wage increases by $1.00 - $2.00 per straight time hour (time and one half per overtime hour).
Rigger+ Certification: Incentive for Craft Professionals who are not employed as a Rigger or Bull Rigger but hold or receive an NCCER+ Rigging Certification (Written AND Performance Verified) will receive $0.50 (Intermediate NCCER) - $1.00 (Advanced NCCER) added to base wages.
Tuition Reimbursement: Craft Professionals are eligible (after six months of service) for up to $2,000 per year to use towards off-site construction-related training and NCCER exams.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Earn up to 40 hours of paid time off each year.
Paid Holidays: Paid eight hours of regular time on Independence Day and Christmas Day.
Jury Duty Pay: Straight time pay for full scheduled shift hours if chosen to serve on a jury (minus compensation received from the court) – must provide documentation.
